Privacy Policy

Data Not Collected. 3 by 6 does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us or to any third party. There is no account, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs in the app.

What stays on your device

Everything you enter into 3 by 6 — your areas, tasks, and settings — is stored locally on your Mac or iPhone. Any on-device Apple Intelligence processing happens entirely on your device; nothing is sent to a server.

Optional connectors

If you choose to enable Reminders, Calendar, Shortcuts, or Siri integration, data flows only between 3 by 6 and Apple's own frameworks on your device, under the permissions you grant in Settings. We do not have access to this data.

iCloud sync (optional purchase)

If you purchase iCloud sync, your board data syncs between your own devices using your personal iCloud account, via Apple's CloudKit. This data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple's infrastructure and is not accessible to us.
